Different from standard Dutch weave mesh, our reversed twill Dutch weave adopts a scientific asymmetric wire structure:fine warp wires + thicker weft (shute) wires. The unique twill weaving pattern enables each weft wire to interlace over and under two warp wires, forming a stable diagonal woven structure. This innovative design fundamentally reduces warp wire fatigue, structural deformation and mechanical stress, delivering comprehensive performance upgrades:
