PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Unlike standard Dutch weaves, reverse Dutch has thicker weft (shute) wires and finer warp wires. The twill pattern means each weft wire passes over and under two warp wires, creating diagonal lines. This reduces the physical stress and deformation of the warp wires, resulting in a very stable and strong structure.The mesh has a smooth surface and uniform structure. It possesses high tensile strength and tolerance against breaking or rupturing, making it suitable for applications with high mechanical stress and pressure.The tightly woven fine wires create precisely defined, tapered or wedged pore openings, which provides for excellent, fine, and high-precision filtration, typically in the micron range.

It is typically made from stainless steel (e.g., 304, 304L, 316, 316L) or brass wire, which provides excellent resistance to acid, alkali, rust, and corrosion.
