Stainless steel welded wire mesh

Rolled stainless steel welded mesh uses stainless steel wires of specific specifications (wire diameter) and materials (usually austenitic stainless steels such as 304 and 316) as warp (longitudinal) and weft (transverse). The warp and weft are arranged neatly according to the set grid size (mesh size) through a precise wire arrangement device. The arranged warp and weft are instantly energized and pressurized at the intersection by a powerful resistance welder. The current generates high temperature at the intersection, causing the stainless steel wire to melt locally and fuse together to form a firm weld. The welding process is continuous. The welder drives the wire mesh forward, and welds are formed one by one, eventually producing a continuous flat mesh structure.

Before or after coiling, surface treatment such as electrolytic polishing is sometimes performed as needed to enhance corrosion resistance or improve appearance.

The rolled stainless steel welded mesh is packaged and fixed with wrapping film or other materials to prevent it from spreading or being damaged during transportation.

Rolled stainless steel welded mesh has specific advantages:

4. Strong adaptability: Rolled nets can be more easily bent, wrapped around cylinders or adapted to curved surfaces (with certain limits), which is useful in some industrial applications (such as filter cartridges, protective covers).

5. High construction efficiency: When long-distance laying is required (such as breeding fences, construction site isolation), continuous roll nets can be quickly unfolded and installed to improve construction efficiency.
