PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Dashang Wire Mesh provides stainless steel pre-crimp mesh, also known as crimped weave mesh or space cloth. It is weave by prior crimped wire materials of grades 304, 304L, 316, 316L, 321, etc. with excellent characteristics of strength and stability. The crimps are made at the points where the weft and warp wires meet to secure the wire, thereby stabilizing the wire mesh and preventing the moving.Generally it has 4 types of weaving : Double crimp mesh, Flat top crimp mesh, Intermediate crimp mesh and Lock crimp mesh.

Pre-crimped mesh is used in the waste water, mining, construction, security and food processing industries for applications requiring strength and large pore filtration and screening. Pre-crimped mesh is also used in architectural design applications.

The Quality of the stainless steel wire must conform to the technical requirements and testing of the standard ASTM A580, and the quality of the stainless steel wire mesh must conform to the technical requirements and testing of the standard ISO9044 and ASTM E2016. Packing:

All overall wire mesh are packed with waterproof paper and polyethylene film, and then put into a fumigation-free wooden box. Packaging methods should take into account the possibility of wire mesh corrosion or mechanical damage. Any special packaging should be noted and agreed by the seller.
