  1. Premium Raw Material Selection

All products are made of standard 304 and 316L stainless steel woven mesh with uniform warp and weft weaving, consistent aperture size, no broken wires or defects. The raw materials deliver outstanding acid and alkali resistance, high temperature resistance and oxidation resistance, fundamentally preventing rusting, wire shedding and structural deformation, and ensuring long-term filtration stability and service life.

  1. Customizable Single & Multi-layer Structure

We provide two mainstream structural solutions to match diverse working conditions. Single-layer mesh barrels feature high permeability and low fluid resistance, ideal for primary filtration and coarse impurity removal. Multi-layer composite barrels adopt a gradient design with outer coarse mesh for structural reinforcement and inner fine mesh for precise filtration, achieving a perfect combination of high mechanical strength and high-precision filtration for sophisticated industrial filtration systems.

  1. Precision Rolling & Seam Welding Process

The integral cylindrical structure is formed by precision rolling equipment. All joints adopt full and dense welding technology with smooth, crack-free and pore-free welds, ensuring high circularity and concentricity of the barrel body. Compared with ordinary spot-welded and spliced products, our filter barrels excel in pressure resistance and tightness, effectively avoiding leakage, structural cracking and deformation under high-pressure fluid flushing.

 

All finished products are polished and deburred with smooth and edgeless ports. This avoids the operator from getting injured by pricking their hands during the process of replacing the filter. Customized structures such as flanging, closing, flange connection and handles are available to fit various filter equipment and pipeline interfaces, enabling fast installation and reliable sealing performance.

How to determine a good cylindrical filter tube?

Firstly, the size of the cylindrical filter, especially the inner and outer diameters, should be precise and able to be smoothly inserted or removed into the equipment;

Secondly, the welding of the cylindrical filter should be continuous and stable, without any missed welding, and the welding condition of each layer needs to be visually inspected under sunlight;

Finally, the filter should be smooth and free from burrs or loose wires to prevent injury from pricking hands.

 

How to package these cylindrical filters to ensure they are not damaged during transportation?

Firstly, it is necessary to use a paper tube for support to prevent compression. Then, the paper tube should be inserted and sealed with a lid to prevent compression on both sides of the filter caused by impact during transportation. Finally, it should be packed in a wooden box. The packaging method may vary depending on the size of the filter barrel and the final customer's requirements. Packages types:
