Dashang Wire Mesh offers services such as slitting, laser cutting, stamping, washing, welding , pressing service to customers. According to requirements of customer, we help recommend the proper process and final products. We will make different solutions for the slitting and cutting process in different situations. Experienced technicians will perform manual slitting (manual operation can achieve accurate cutting at the millimeter level), and different slitting equipment will be used for cutting of different sizes. Ultrasonic equipment is introduced to carry out pickling, ultrasonic cleaning and drying of the woven mesh to ensure cleanliness.

Dashang Wire Mesh can also provide annealing and sintered service. The sintered mesh material is easy to form, process and weld, and can be processed into various forms of filter elements such as round, cylindrical, conical and corrugated.
