Epoxy resin coated wire mesh (or epoxy powder coated metal filter) is a functional composite material that combines the strength of metal skeleton with the excellent corrosion resistance of epoxy resin. Low carbon steel wire (such as Q195, Q235) or stainless steel wire (such as 304, 316L) is used as raw material, and a wire mesh of the required mesh size (aperture) and size is woven by a weaving machine. The oil and grease on the surface of the wire mesh are thoroughly removed (commonly used alkaline cleaning agents or solvents), and the epoxy resin powder is atomized and charged by an electrostatic spray gun. The negatively charged powder particles are adsorbed to the grounded (positive) wire mesh surface to form a uniform covering layer. This process is efficient, environmentally friendly (no solvent volatilization), and can accurately control the coating thickness. The sprayed wire mesh is sent to a drying tunnel or oven. The powder melts, flows and undergoes a cross-linking and curing reaction to form a dense, strong, chemically bonded epoxy resin coating.

▲ The wire mesh provides core support, pressure resistance and deformation resistance.
▲The coating fills the mesh edges, reduces stress concentration, and makes the overall structure more durable.
5. Controllable pore size and surface properties:
▲By selecting base meshes with different mesh sizes and coating thicknesses, the final effective filtration pore size can be precisely controlled.
▲The coating can be adjusted to different surface energies (hydrophobic/hydrophilic) or colors as needed.

1. Filtration and screening in highly corrosive environments:
Chemical industry: Filtration of acids, alkalis, organic solvents, and corrosive slurries (such as titanium dioxide and pesticide intermediates).
Electroplating and surface treatment: Filtration of electroplating liquid, pickling liquid, and phosphating liquid.
Environmental water treatment: Filtration of corrosive media in sewage treatment plants (such as sulfur-containing and chlorine-containing wastewater), and pretreatment of seawater filtration.
Mining and metallurgy: slurry filtration, leachate filtration, and corrosive gas dust removal filters.
2. Screening of highly abrasive materials:
Gravel aggregate grading: wear-resistant and anti-corrosion, used for vibrating screening of crushed stone, sand, quartz sand, etc.
Coal sorting: wear-resistant and anti-rust, used for coal washing and coal sorting screens.
Refractory materials/ceramic powders: Screening of highly abrasive raw materials.
3. Occasions with high requirements for anti-sticking and easy cleaning:
