 Assisted molding:

In the suction molding process, after the mold is immersed in the slurry pool, vacuum is used to extract the slurry through the mold holes. The metal woven mesh intercepts the fiber raw materials in the slurry, causing them to adhere to the mesh and form the initial appearance of the product, helping to shape the shape of the product.


Impurity filtration:

Metal woven mesh plays a certain filtering role in impurities in pulp, preventing larger particles from mixing into pulp molded products, thereby improving product quality.

 

Uniform dehydration:

Its good breathability and permeability help to evenly discharge moisture into the pulp, making wet embryos dehydrated evenly and quickly formed, avoiding problems caused by uneven dehydration such as product deformation and cracking, and improving product qualification and production efficiency.

 

Improving product strength:
