High-Strength Stainless Steel Filter Mesh –Reverse Dutch Weave Belt

Unlike the yarn arrangement on a standard Dutch loom, the fine warp yarns of a Dutch loom are tightly packed, while the coarser weft yarns are arranged at set intervals. This type of filter mesh boasts high mechanical strength and processing capacity, making it particularly suitable for high-pressure vertical and horizontal applications where backwashing and cake removal are crucial.

The belt typically uses high-quality metal wires such as 304, 304L, 316, 316L, 321, and 904L, exhibiting excellent acid and alkali resistance and corrosion resistance, and conforming to ASTM E2814 and GB/T21648 standards.

This product is primarily used in the plastic packaging manufacturing industry, where filter discs are commonly used. The contrast weave belt differs from the reverse weave belt used in automated production lines. It offers higher working strength and can operate continuously without stopping, making it more suitable for belt-type or continuous belt-type screen changing machines. The filter belts are supplied in rolls, with one roll equivalent to the usage of hundreds of traditional screen changers, meeting the needs of continuous operation for several months.

Features of the contrast-textured design: The edges are used in a specific direction; ultrasonic cleaning extends its lifespan; and there is no color difference after washing.

The contrast-textured filter belts are compatible with all similarly designed screen changers and non-standard widths and lengths can be provided upon request.

Currently, the most common international lengths are 18.3m (60 feet) and 36.6m (120 feet). Dashang can provide 10m or 20m lengths.
