Whether in the production of metal sintered mesh or high-precision filter element, high-precision stainless steel dutch woven mesh is a crucial layer. The stainless steel high-precision dutch mesh supplied by Dashang Wire Mesh has been highly praised by metal filter manufacturers at home and abroad. Let us share how we test stainless steel high-precision dutch woven mesh:
• The mesh surface is flat, clean, and the weft wires are tightly arranged without gaps, any mechanical damage, creases, or rust spots. Weaving defects (number of mesh defects) shall not exceed GBT 21648 standard (according to customer requirements)
The test shall be carried out on the Frosted glass test bench with uniform light source. When the nominal pore size is less than 30 microns, it should be detected in suggestion.
(Darkroom detection)
Major light point defects types:
A single broken warp is counted as a single bright spot, and more than 3 concentrated broken warp are considered as unacceptable holes;
If the length of a single missing thread exceeds 5mm, it will be considered as an impermissible hole;
The individual bright spots formed by weft breakage and weft dimples, as well as the individual bright spots formed by the back nose, are counted as individual bright spots. The continuous bright spots formed by weft breakage, dimples, and back nose are converted into the number of bright spots based on their length. When the hole spacing between warp threads is less than 1MM, one bright spot is converted into one bright spot for every 1MM length. When the hole spacing between warp threads is greater than or equal to 1MM, one bright spot is converted into one bright spot for every 2MM length;
When the length of the bright channel is greater than 50MM, it can be counted according to the usual bright channel. Bright channels less than or equal to 50MM can be converted into bright points. When the aperture between warp threads is less than 1MM, it is converted into one bright point per 1MM length. When the aperture distance between warp threads is greater than or equal to 1MM, it is converted into one bright point per 2MM length.
The number and types of defect shall be agreed with the purchasers
The measurement method for the size and deviation of holes between warp/weft threads shall be in accordance with the provisions of GBT 17492 (ISO9044) standard
Stainless steel raw materials comply with the international standard ASTM A580.
