The standard five-layer sintered mesh is a high-performance gradient filter material that is made by melting and compounding five layers of stainless steel wire mesh with different functions through a high-temperature diffusion sintering process. Its core value lies in the precise layered design that achieves high strength, high precision, and large dirt holding capacity while maintaining high porosity. Composition and function of five-layer sintered mesh structure

Protective layer, 12~40 mesh (500~2000μm) can withstand fluid impact, intercept large particles of impurities, prevent mechanical damage to the filter layer , sacrifice layer, and extend the life of the core layer ;

Transition layer , 40~100 mesh (150~400μm) pre-distributes the fluid, guides the particles to deposit evenly on the filter layer, relieves clogging pressure , distributes flow, and protects the filter layer .    

Filtration layer , 100~800 mesh (18~150μm) core precision control layer, to achieve target particle size interception (precision 1~100μm customizable) , surface filtration + deep filtration combination ;

Transition layer , 40~100 mesh (150~400μm) symmetrical structure, supports the filter layer and disperses the reverse cleaning pressure to resist crushing, ensuring backwash stability ;

Support layer , 12~40 mesh (500~2000μm) provides a rigid skeleton to withstand the system pressure difference (up to 10MPa+), prevent the filter material from deforming , and mechanically bear the main body .

 

After each layer of wire mesh is stacked in sequence, it is sintered at high temperature (1100~1300℃) in a vacuum/hydrogen protection furnace to fuse the intersections of the metal wires into a metallurgical bonded whole.
