PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Sintered mesh filter is a high-performance industrial metal filter element. It is a rigid, integral, porous filter material made of multiple layers of metal wire mesh (usually stainless steel wire mesh, but also other metals such as nickel and titanium) with different mesh sizes (aperture sizes), through a special laminated design, pressed under high temperature and high pressure, and then sintered in vacuum or protective atmosphere.
Multi-layer composite structure of sintered mesh filter (usually five layers):
Protective layer (outermost layer): A coarser wire mesh that provides mechanical protection to prevent the filter layer from being damaged by the impact of large particles.
Control layer (second layer): medium precision wire mesh, which guides the fluid and assists in supporting the filter layer.
Filter layer (core layer): The finest mesh, responsible for achieving precise filtration accuracy (ranging from 1 micron to several hundred microns).
Control layer (fourth layer): Same as the second layer, symmetrical structure to ensure strength.
Support layer (innermost layer): A thicker wire mesh that provides strong mechanical support, withstands pressure differences, and prevents the filter layer from deforming and rupturing.

1. Integral distribution plate
Large sintered metal circular plates/rectangular plates (thickness 10~50mm) are directly used as air distribution plates and welded to the bottom of the reactor.

2. Modular filter array
Hundreds of small sintered filter discs (such as 100×100mm) are embedded in a pressure-resistant frame to form a distributed air distribution system.

The sintered filter disc is laid on the perforated plate support frame, which is suitable for reactors with extra-large diameters.
